We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. We are skilled red seal carpenters that specialize in unorthodox builds. We have 20 years of experience each and decorated accomplishments in custom builds.

Our base studio model fully finished comes with:
-100 amp panel electrical service
-walls and floor fully insulated with rigid polystyrene with no thermal bridging
-birch walls, vinyl flooring
-3'x4' opening window
-3' exterior door
-1000 watt baseboard heater, 4 outlets, 5000 lumen leds lights x2
-steel doors can be shut for extra security if desired
-any option you want can be done to this model eg. exterior outlet, flood light, siding, shelving, extra outlets, bathroom, solar etc.
